Is everything authentic?
Yes. Authenticity is extremely important to us, every item is individually checked before being listed on 1036 Emporium. We carefully source and hand-pick each piece to ensure the quality and authenticity of what we offer.
Are the clothes new or pre-owned?
We offer a mix of brand-new and pre-owned pieces.
A large portion of our Montbell puffer jackets are brand-new with original tags attached, while we also stock carefully selected pre-owned pieces too.
The condition of every item is clearly stated in the individual product description.
How do I know how an item will fit?
Sizing can vary significantly between brands, eras and individual pieces. For this reason, we provide measurements on individual product pages. We recommend checking these measurements against a garment you already own before purchasing.
Do you accept returns?
We currently operate a no-refund policy, however, exchanges are accepted. If you have an issue with your order or would like to arrange an exchange, please contact us at info@1036emporium.com.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of purchase.
Estimated delivery times are:
UK: 2–3 working days
Europe: 7–10 working days
Rest of World: 9–12 working days

Rest of World: £15
Shipping to the USA is currently £30 due to applicable trade tariffs.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. All orders are shipped using tracked services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where applicable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
It is different for each country, please contact us for more information.
Can I request additional measurements or photographs?
Yes. If you need additional measurements, photographs or information about an item before purchasing, contact us at info@1036emporium.com and we’ll be happy to help where possible.
Do you offer clothing rental?
Yes. 1036 Emporium also operates a rental and styling archive, all items from our store are available to rent and we also have a private archive section which is solely for rental. Please contact us via info@1036emporium.com or Instagram @1036emporium for any enquiries.
Can I visit the 1036 Emporium showroom?
We operate from South East London and showroom visits are available by enquiry. Please contact info@1036emporium.com to enquire about visiting.
